DevCrate is a solo project. When you send a message it goes directly to me — not a support queue, not a bot. I genuinely want to hear what's working, what isn't, and what you wish existed.

Response times

Pro subscribers get priority replies, usually within 24 hours. Free tier users get a real reply too — it may take a day or two depending on volume.

What to include

For bug reports, the more detail the better — what page you were on, what you were doing, and what browser you're using goes a long way. For feature requests, a quick description of your use case is more useful than just the feature name.

Pattern suggestions

The Regex and Cron tools recognize common natural-language phrases (like "match emails" or "every weekday at 9am") entirely in your browser — no AI, no data leaves the page. If there's a phrase you'd expect to work but doesn't, send it through. I add new patterns based on real requests.
