Refund Policy — DevCrate

DevCrate Pro is a monthly subscription at $9/month. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with DevCrate Pro. After 7 days, refunds are granted at our discretion for exceptional circumstances — such as a significant bug that prevented you from using the service.

How to request a refund

Email contact us with your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email) and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 1 business day.

Renewals

If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a refund and cancel the subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
