Use of the service
DevCrate tools are provided for lawful development and productivity purposes. You may not use DevCrate to process data you are not authorised to access, to attempt to circumvent rate limits through automated means, or for any illegal purpose.
Free tier
The free tier is provided as-is without warranty. Usage limits may change. DevCrate reserves the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.
Pro subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

License keys
Pro license keys are for personal use. License keys may not be shared, resold, or distributed. Activation is tied to your subscription — keys become inactive if your subscription lapses.
Intellectual property
DevCrate, its tools, design, and content are the property of William Andrews. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute DevCrate's interface, code, or content without permission.
Disclaimer
DevCrate tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DevCrate is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss, service interruptions, or errors in tool output. Always verify tool output before using it in production.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of DevCrate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
